I am excited to announce that I have joined the wonderful team at Beetle & The Bear: Child, Youth & Family Therapy Network located at 1822 Danforth Ave. This means that I now provide in-person services in both the West end of Toronto at Ripple Effect Services and in the East end at Beetle & Bear!

My neuro-affirming counselling approach incorporates techniques that are playful, arts-based, relational, and emotion-focused. My approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS) and polyvagal-informed. 

As an RSW (Registered Social Worker), my fees may be covered by private insurance plans.
